Terms & Conditions

Professional CAD Design LLC — Terms & Conditions
Draft for review • Version PCD-TERMS-2026-10-24-v1

Website and services
This website provides information about our drafting and design services. Sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement. Project scope, fees, payment milestones, and deliverables are governed by the separate agreement for your project.

Optional SMS program
Professional CAD Design LLC offers optional text messages for responses to inquiries, appointment reminders, and project/service updates. This program does not include promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply.

How to join
Select the optional, initially unchecked SMS consent box on our designated web form and submit your mobile number. Providing a number alone, submitting the ordinary contact form, signing a project agreement, or paying an invoice does not provide SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, invoice payment, or receiving services.

How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to the number messaging you to opt out at any time. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, call 623-516-0387, or contact us at https://professionalcadesign.com/contact. Do not use SMS for emergencies.

Delivery and costs
Your wireless provider may charge for messages and data. Availability depends on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and records
Our Privacy Policy is available at https://professionalcadesign.com/privacy-policy. We document your affirmative opt-in, phone number, exact wording and version, submission time, and source page. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes and contact
We may update these terms and identify the revised version here. Material changes to the scope of SMS consent require a new opt-in.
