When you contact us through our website, by phone, by email or in person, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project address and information about your project.

When you sign up for text messages, we also record the phone number you enrolled, the date and time, how you signed up (website form, in-person form or invoice link), the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, and technical details of the submission such as IP address and browser type.

Our website host (GoDaddy) uses cookies to analyze website traffic. You can choose whether to accept these cookies in the banner on our site.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry and provide quotes and drafting services; to schedule and remind you of appointments; to send project updates, invoices and payment reminders; and to keep records required for our business and by law. We do not sell your personal information.

If you choose to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your inquiry, appointments, projects, invoices and payments, and to respond to your messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service provider that delivers our messages for us (our SMS provider, Twilio), which processes your number solely to send and receive our messages.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example website hosting, email, text-message delivery and payment processing through PayPal), with permitting authorities when needed for your project and with your permission, or when required by law. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is not shared with any third party.

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. We keep records of text-message consent and opt-out requests for at least four years after our last message to you, so that we can show your choices were honored. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
